Welcome to Bradpole Pre-School

The Preschool is situated in a classroom at the rear of The Sir John Colfox School, overlooking the sports facilities. We moved to the premises in September 2007 from the Forsters Memorial Hall Bradpole.

We provide early years care and education for children aged between two and five years. There are usually up to 26 children per session. The preschool is registered with Ofsted, fully insured, and also part of the Nursery Education Grant Scheme.

We are a non- profit making group with charitable status and our own constitution, the preschool is managed by a committee made up of volunteers mostly parents or carers of children within the group. To find out more about the Committee click here.

All parents/carers or grandparents are welcome to be involved in the pre-school setting using their own personal skills for the benefit of the setting. This can be achieved in various ways including help with cooking activities or reading in the book corner, going on walks and outings or helping with art work. We do appreciate that most people have a very busy life and some parents/carers are not able to come into the setting to help but please do help support the pre-school in other ways as we believe that children learn better when their parents/carers are involved.
